What the service is

FoodWay Finder lists selling opportunities for food vendors (events, markets, food parks, venues and catering requests), helps you plan with AI, and lets you send requests that our team passes to organizers. It is information and a tool, not a marketplace or an agent: we are not a party to any deal between you and an organizer.

Listings are not guarantees

Many listings come from the public web or from people who suggest them. We show where each one came from and when it was last checked, and we mark what is not confirmed, but details change and can be wrong. Always confirm dates, fees, requirements and availability with the organizer before you commit or pay anything.

AI plans are guidance

Plans are generated by AI from what you tell us. They are general guidance, not legal, tax, financial or health advice, and they do not guarantee permits, sales or profit. Costs and timelines are estimates. Check every requirement with the right office.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
• Keep access to your email secure; sign-in codes are sent there.
• What you declare about your units (permits, insurance, licenses, condition) is your responsibility. Our score rates how complete and consistent your card is, not the unit itself; we do not verify it.

Acceptable use

• No false listings, fake requests, spam or harassment of organizers or vendors.
• No automated scraping of the service, attempts to bypass limits or CAPTCHA, or to access other people's data.
• No content that is illegal, infringing or that you don't have the right to share.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (plans, unit details, photos, suggestions, messages). You give us permission to store and process it to run the service, and, for suggestions and reports, to use them to create or correct listings.

Free use, limits and membership

The service is free with usage limits (for example, live web searches, plans and units). We may offer a paid membership with higher limits; its price and terms will be shown before you buy. We may change limits to keep the service sustainable.

Ending or changing the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change or stop features; if we make important changes to these terms we will tell you in advance.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, FoodWay Finder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a listing, an organizer, an event or a plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if you paid nothing.
